老大姊 Grace Slick 現身！
曲中和 Grace Slick 合唱的男主唱 (我懶得去查他的名字) 當時是剛加入 Jefferson Starship 不久的新成員，歌聲高亢亮麗，和 Grace Slick 共擔雙主唱。在搖滾樂團中這種一男一女雙主唱，兩人表現旗鼓相當的均衡組合非常少見。(主要是因為搖滾樂中根本沒幾個撐的起場面的女主唱)
過一兩年後 Jefferson Starship 改名為 Starship，這位男主唱整修門面把鬍子刮掉了。1985~1987年間 Starship 衝出幾首膾炙人口的熱門歌曲如 We Built This City、Sara、Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now，對這幾首歌的MV有印象嗎？那幾首MV中沒留鬍子的男主唱就是 Winds Of Change 裡面這位小鬍子男主唱。
Jefferson Starship 跟 Jefferson Airplane 有何關係 ?
後者好像是全男班的.
Jefferson Airplane 其實就是Jefferson Starship的前身,這個團的歷史相當複雜,前前後後經過數次的更名(之後又有改名叫Starship),而當中的團員也經數次的異動,但這是一支相當有名的玩迷幻搖滾的團體,而在每一團名不同的時期都有其代表作,不過小弟比較偏好Jefferson Airplane時期的歌,像是
"Somebody to Love","White Rabbit"等都是值得一聽,藥味頗重的歌曲
他們三段重要階段是 Jefferson Airplane → Jefferson Startship → Starship，從60年代直至80年代，從迷幻搖滾一路走向商業化流行歌曲。
Grace Slick 應該不是最原始成員，但也在極早期就加入 Jefferson Airplane，以亮麗外貌及爆發力十足的嗓音成為團中最引人注目的焦點；而她也和其中一位男團員結為夫妻 (但多年後離婚)。所以大致上來說，不管是飛機還是星船，一直都是有女生的，就是 Grace Slick 這頭牌鐵娘子。
80年代中期 Starship 獲得商業上的空前成功後，團員間又產生內訌，也就是對商業化的正反兩極意見。後來 Starship 一分為二，分裂成 Jefferson Airplane 跟 Jefferson Starship，都是沿用老名字：這個新的 Jefferson Airplane 應該是 Grace Slick 跟60、70年代的老伙伴合組的，比較回歸昔日的傳統、迷幻搖滾；至於新的 Jefferson Starship 我就不太清楚，或許是那個新男主唱領軍的，走比較商業化路線。不過這分裂出來的兩個新團好像作品都不多，可能都只出過一兩張專輯而已，我也不甚瞭解。
真是錯綜複雜，就那幾個名字一直轉來轉去的。
